RECEPTION OPENING TIME : from 15:00 to 21:00 o'clock for CHECK-IN

At check-in the guest must provide the personal data necessary for the obligation provided for in article 109 of the Law 18.6.1931 n. 773, which requires the registration and transmission to the Police Headquarters of the personalities of the clients housed, as well as those relating to administrative, accounting and tax compliance.
The provision of such data is mandatory, and in case of refusal to provide it the accommodation will not be possible.
Likewise, contact details (e-mail and / or telephone number) will be made available, if not already in the booking phase, for the exclusive needs concerning the stay in the hostel and the completion of the related services requested.
All this in compliance with the European Regulation no. 679/16 'GDPR' with the consequent cessation of the treatment of the same data, and the removal of the same, at the departure of the guest.

Dinner is served preferably between 19:00 and 20:00 o'clock.
Booking is recommended: meals are, infact, not prepared when the number of people is under 10.

From 07:00 to 09:00 o'clock:
- BREAKFAST is served;
- departing guests do CHECK-OUT (return of keys and bed sheets).

Between 10:00 and 15:00 o'clock, to enable a careful cleaning, toilettes and showers, and when necessary the whole floors too, are kept closed. Guests are kindly asked not to stay in the Hostel.

NO CURFEW : our guests are given the main entrance's code for Reception-Hall's closing time.

THE YOUTH HOSTEL'S GUESTS ARE KINDLY ASKED TO OBSERVE NIGHT SILENCE

NOT TO SMOKE IN THE ROOMS AND NOT TO DRINK ALCOHOL

The Hostel uses a video surveillance system to ensure the security of the accommodation, in compliance with the provisions of the Workers' Statute and the GDPR 679/2016.
